My Corteza Instance is Down
Before contacting us, please check the following:
1. You have an active paid subscription at Planet Crust. You can check that out in the customer portal. If you have questions about this, please use the contact form to reach out to us, instead of using this form here.
2. If you have an active subscription, the link to your instance has the following format: “xxxxxx.cloud.planetcrust.net”. You can find this link in your email inbox, which you received from firstname.lastname@example.org. If you cannot find your link, please use the contact form to reach out to us.
3. Check if your instance is down by checking the URL on https://downforeveryoneorjustme.com/. If the result of that website is that it’s up, please try again to enter your Corteza instance on Planet Crust. It might have been a temporary internet issue by your internet provider.
4. If you’ve checked everything above, and still cannot enter your instance, please fill out the form below and we’ll bring your instance up again.
